Introduction	Michael's love of baking has created Creekside Grains. Loretta's love of Michael's cooking and baking gives her the title, "Director of Taste Testing." What a great job!
Interests	Michael has racing in his blood. Snowmobile and boat racing have evolved into motorcycle racing. Michael made the motorcycle land speed record at the Bonneville Salt Flats last September, then broke his own record this year. Loretta chooses a slower pace, which includes gardening in the summer and wood splitting and snow shoveling in the winter.
