Introduction	from a small fishing community in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. I've always been drawn to photograph the Island and its wildlife. Started taking pictures in 1988. I was first attracted to old farmsteads and wildlife. Bought my first slr camera in 89: Minolta 7000, then Maxxum5 in 1998. Got my first dslr camera in 2001: sony a100 and still use it for landscapes. I recently picked up a Nikon d90 for birding and nature work.
