|I'm addicted to tools both old and new and I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm an amateur woodworker and I love making things and studying how other people make or made things. I graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy where attention to detail is king, unfortunately I resisted being taught much of that lesson. I write this blog to learn as much as possible about woodworking, metalworking, toolmaking and generally building anything with my hands...and maybe to teach some of this along the way.

You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?
Start by burning the musical and writing a gritty drama on Post WWI Germany, or maybe my own interpretive dance number.
