About me

Occupation Writer/ Teacher
Location Boiceville, NY, United States
Introduction I'm a writer who rarely has writer's block--- right now I'm working on another memoir (something I didn't even talk about in Hats & Eyeglasses), a really sexy mystery, and a YA story about suicide. when I'm not doing that i love poker, reading, NY Yankees (rabid fan), New Jersey Devils (Marty Brodeur is god), knitting and crocheting, gardening, cooking--- especially thai, mexican and other ethnic foods, although four other sets of hands wouldn't hurt in the kitchen
Interests Hats & Eyeglasses: A Memoir is the story of my hilarious and totally cockamamie family, and how the gambling gene that I thought was dormant came out to bite me on the ass just at the moment I believed I had (finally) become an adult. My new book, which I co-wrote with Janea Padilha, is Brazilian Sexy:Secrets to Living a Gorgeous and Confident Life. Reading it will make you sexier... and smarter!
