| Esittely | I am a daughter of God, a wife and a mother. My husband and I have been married 37 years and have been through many trials together. I can't imagine my life without my best friend. We have two grown children. Even though they are 30ish, they will always be the children and we will worry about them, get frustrated with them and love them. They are our gifts from God. Our family has grown with our son's college buddy moving to our city. The boys are now sharing their own space. This blog is my time to chronicle my creative side. I don't always feel very creative, but I am reminded frequently that I do many things that others see as creative. I sew; I make most of my own clothes. Ready to wear clothing usually must be altered to fit, so my machines are always out. I like to take patterns and change them up for different looks. I love to look at fabrics, yarns and books related to sewing. I also crochet and tat. Someday I may learn to knit, but that is for another time. |
