| Introduction | I am Dr.Karishma Mane (BHMS PGDHHM)A Homeopathic Physician by profession and into private practice as a homeopath. During my interactions with patients, I have found that patients and their families are (a)Often unaware about what they need to tell their doctor when they visit them (b) How they need to record their symptoms so as to help the doctor to arrive at a diagnosis faster. (c) Confused about the diet and regimen to be followed for the sickness period (d) And most important how can they maintain their health. They are unsure or often embarrased to ask the doctors these basic, vital questions and end up following wrong lay advice. As doctors due to time constraints or the belief that the patients know what they don't ask these issues seldom get addressed in the consultation. So this is the purpose of my blog---- ----To educate people how they can maintain and improve their own health. ----To improve patient awareness about their signs and symptoms so as to help doctors treat and cure them better. |
