| Introduction | I have been interested in food since I was a kid, and been cooking in area restaurants for the majority of my working life. Always learning along the way. I always enjoyed classic Backyard Barbeque and Outdoor Catering preparing my own entrées ,sauces ,rubs and side dishes to the delights of all who enjoyed the offering. After telling myself and hearing Friends and Family say “ You should be your own boss”. I finally took the last step and ventured out on my own. What we present to you is a “Mobile Barbeque” , a self contained prep kitchen in a box truck towing a custom built “Meadow Creek Ultimate Caterer” consisting of a 250 gallon smoker using oak and cherry hardwoods, chicken pit, flat top grill, whole pig roaster. We can be found at area Festivals and Special Events vending“ Baby Back Ribs, ¼ Chicken , Pulled Pork,a Signature Sandwich or two, Creole Beans, Fresh Cole Slaw and assorted Beverages” Quality products at a reasonable price.
