Introduction	We have been wandering in the Arizona Desert for a number of years now. For reasons beyond our understanding, we have been drawn back to the quiet of Northern Utah. For those who know us well, they understand our reasons for dragging one foot behind us. But the decision was right, and so we move forward into the unknown. We must admit though, Utah summers are sure easier than the lung searing heat of a Phoenix summer. Don't ask about Winters.....
