Introduction	I am a chef and love my job. My blog is about what I cook outside of work taking inspiration from places I go to eat, food events, food history, in fact absolutely anything that inspires me to cook. Although I do eat meat, my life is surrounded by vegetarians and pescetarians, (my husband, my best friend and my mother and they're just the start), I have adapted a lot of my recipes towards vegetarians and vegans. I myself try to treat meat as a luxury, and put my money where my mouth is to buy the best quality and welfare when I do. As I still have meaty tastes I hope these recipes are a bit more exciting and more of a meal than many restaurants offer. I have worked in modern fine dining, traditional and rustic restaurants cooking British, French and Spanish cuisine. My recipes have a few tips I've picked up along the way.
