| Introduction | I have a passion for all things with creating food. Cookbooks, Videos, Friends and family recipes, Restaurants and just about anything else you can think of that has to do with cooking. I bake, I cook, I serve. I love the experience food offers others and myself. I enjoy creating fresh, one of a kind recipes and tried and true recipes as well. I have been cooking since I first received my very own Holly Hobbie cake pan, I was hooked. I especially enjoy sharing what I have created, watching someone take a bite of something you made and watching their face light up is such joy. I don't proclaim to know all the how's what's and whys but what I do know is this, most of the culinary know-how has been given to me and is a gift, something I try to cultivate daily. I hope to share what I have learned and continue to learn, all the trials and tribulations that go along with being a home cook. It's time! |
