Introduction	I was the garden columnist for The Muskoka Sun for the past 13 years, also freelancing on lifestyle and travel for numerous publications. I enoy sharing my knowledge of gardening at horticultural clubs/women'groups and through seminars and workshops. I serve as a Provincial Judge for the Communities in Bloom program and as Region VII Director (Canada and International) for the Garden Writers Association. I live in a century-old Victorian home in Bracebridge with husband Peter (he digs the holes,I do the serious gardening) and two teenage children. Peter writes for The Muskoka Sun with his Garden Tips and Projects column. The Wood Family share their blessings through their humanitarian organization, The Ronnie Fund, working for quality village life in Kenya (www.easysite.com/theronniefund).
