We deliver this through a variety of successful Fun Parties, Private Lessons, Master Classes, Team Building Events and Monthly Workshops suitable for all women regardless of their age, shape or fitness levels. Our recognised fitness programmes mapped to the National Vocational Qualifications offer a total body workout for a fun unique workout, designed to empower participants through health and fitness and inspired by the sensual movements of exotic dance. We innovate and create fun fitness workouts for all. Accredited Instructor training is now offered to fitness professionals to become qualified in pole fitness with ongoing continual training and development and awards 16 REP's points per course.
