Introduction	Christian Cloutier is a bilingual (French and English) Consultant with the Consilium Consulting Group (CCG). He specializes in both quantitative and qualitative methodology including design, collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of data, as well as statistical analysis. He is also apt in database design and application. His areas of expertise include Program Evaluation, Community Economic Development Planning, Strategic Planning and Organizational Development, Facilitation, Youth Studies, and Cross-Cultural Studies. Christian was awarded an honours bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Laurentian University (Sudbury, ON) and its federate l’Université de Hearst (Kapuskasing, ON) and has completed all credits of a Master of Arts in Applied Social Research with Laurentian University. Before joining the CCG in July 2006, he had worked numerous contracts for the Department of Sociology at l’Université de Hearst, first as a Research Assistant where he studied the social and economic impact of this institution and its graduates, then as a Researcher where he studied Francophone, Anglophone and Aboriginal youths’ aspirations in Northern Ontario.
