| Introduction | More than two decades ago, I was a diet and nutrition columnist for Woman's World magazine. I fell into penning the internationally popular Healing Powers book series--with an underlying theme of the Mediterranean diet/lifestyle which I follow... The series spawned by vinegar has grown; as #7 Superfoods will be released in Dec. 2018; #8 to follow. As an earthy woman, I tune into Mother Nature in between penning articles/books on Earth changes and superfoods rooted from the ground. I cook/bake in the presence of my companion animals.
