| Introduction | I am a coach for beach body. Not like a personal trainer, but an online motivational help for people. Some one who helps motivate people who need that extra push in their life. Whether it be about depression, or to help them get out of a rutt they are stuck in. I help people get there life back together starting with a healthy nutritous lifestyle. I encourage people to be the best that they can be. Some people need that extra push, to help them get motivated and have the determined mentality.
