Introduction I'm a homeschooling mom of 4 with the oldest a graduate of UT Dallas and on the mission field in Africa. My days are spent transporting to and from volleyball, teaching writing classes at a local coop, and working at a new writing career. Raised in suburban Dallas, I was educated by Perry Mason, Sherlock Holmes, Miss Marple, and Jessica Fletcher. These teachers were the elite of their field and I, a straight-A student, mastering the elements of amazing fiction. My instructors created a deep desire to architect my own puzzles, carefully placing the pieces so that they could be found, but remain subtle. Others (real people) who instilled the deep desire to create my own mysteries were brilliant authors of their day, Mignon Eberhart and Phyllis A. Whitney. Through the weavings of their stories, I found a determination to share the satisfaction of solving scintillating whodunits with a side of Texas sassy. My stories invite readers to investigate their own mysteries, to unravel their inspiration, and to find a deeper knowledge of the Great Mystery that invites everyone.
