| Introduction | I am currently Director of Pilates and GYROTONIC at East Bank Club. I am PMA certified and have been a Pilates student since 2000, a Pilates instructor since 2005, and Pilates Method Alliance certified since 2006. In 2013, I completed the training to become a Level on GYROTONIC Instructor, and I am on the Faculty for the Anatomy in Three Dimensions Course through Balanced Body. I am married and own a home in Evanston with our son, a giant dog, a tiny cat, and a random gecko. |
