| Introduction | I am 30-something years old and live in Honolulu. I am a single (divorced) mom with two wonderful daughters who occasionally drive me nuts and always fill my life with purpose and joy. I have PTSD, stemming partly from childhood abuse and partly from adult experiences. I am working on it. I want to be a healthy, whole, happy person. I function in ordinary life, but I want more than that. I want my life to be the best it can be, and I want to model that best for my daughters. |
