| Introduction | First of all who is Esteban Barnes? He's a high school graduate continuing his love for drawing and painting - sharing his talent with whomever comes across it to find it interesting. Even if no one ever finds his art, he will keep on painting and drawing and peeling images from his imagination to put on paper. How did he get started? He began to draw from...he cannot even remember, he guesses probably around the age of four he began scribbling in his coloring books and sticking the pages to his fridge. Although he doesn't remember being able to color or draw as an infant, but maybe he was able to chew the pencil - if that counts as art? So he's been pursuing the arts for around 15 years; scribbling in the coloring books, and slowly moving to the copy paper putting artistic marks over the whole page. After that he probably began to draw stick people, and stick cars, and stick houses - he was obsessed with drawing sticks to create things; or maybe they call sticks lines in art. He slowly began to develop his artistic talent with persistence and patience. From the stick people he slowly learned how to add value to his work to create the illusion of form and depth. |
