| Introduction | I have been married to Jim Lightcap, Sr. for 37 years. We have three children and three grandchildren, and love them all. We lead a fairly mundane life, but overall are happy. We do meet daily challenges head-on, and usually overcome disaster rather than letting it overcome us! I have been selling real estate for the past 14 years, and have been in the industry off and on for more than 30 years.
