| Introduction | Aficionado was established in 2005 as a food diary of sorts - an assemblage of tested recipes and memorable food-related moments, dotted with the occasional rant and rave. It was originally, and still is, intended to be a personal 'blogumentary' of sorts to record my growth and learning after entering the food industry. No longer working as a chef, I am currently pursuing a degree in 'Food Sustainability'. Having since realised that people other than myself do actually frequent this small space, I've made a few improvements here and there. A recipe index is now up and running for those who are interested. If you somehow come across this space don't forget to say hi!
