| Introduction | I am a 47-year old Dutch stone age archaeologist (PhD), specialized in the Palaeolithic, and I have worked as an academic researcher at Leiden University and the VU University Amsterdam. In addition to the Palaeolithic, I have a strong interest in megaliths and enjoy visiting megalithic sites all over the World. So far I have been visiting megalithic sites in Laos, Malaysian Borneo, Sulawesi, Papua (New Guinea), Senegal and various countries in Europe.
