Introduction	My husband of 24 years died on June 25th. Fritz was the perfect husband and father to our 3 daughters. He was diagnosed six years ago with a very rare degenerative neurological illness. It has been the hardest 6 years of our lives as we both experienced unbelievable change. Journaling has become a way of helping me cope. I hope someone else may be encouraged or inspired by reading some of my journal entries.
