| Introduction | I started this blog many years ago to hone my writing and as an incentive to improve my health. It has evolved into a path to tell inspirational stories and affect change in people's hearts and minds. All of my stories are true, and most will, hopefully, illuminate the Lord in my life, as Jesus is my cornerstone. My second blog focuses on topics of interest to authors and others interested in book publishing. I am the founder and owner of Encourage Publishing since 2014, and the story of how that came about is directly tied to my first blog, a testament to how God uses all things to work together for good, for those who love him and are called according to his purposes. I am married to a wonderful partner in mischief, Paul. We have four children, one of whom is waiting for us in heaven. The other three are grown and busy following their own wonderful adventures; and - oh yes, we are grandparents! I love to write (obviously), play piano, read, bike, golf, walk, garden, and build memories. I LOVE learning about other cultures! I am learning to love cooking, and I am a photo bug.
