Introduction	Grew up in SoCal, did first triathlon in 1983, took 20 years off, did next triathlon in 2003, lost 40 lbs and have been staying off the couch ever since. Looking to do an Ironman before I'm 50. Why Ironbirdlegs you ask...my sisters and friends used to tease me about my skinny, bird legs. With my endurance focus, these skinny legs have become more sturdy and on 7/22/12 they became Iron.
