IntroductionI presently work for VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, Loma Linda, CA Behavioral Medicine Service. I believe I'm a talented Social Worker MSW clinical therapist with background in counseling, alcoholism/drug addiction recovery programs, psychotherapy, mental health assessment, and case management. I have previous experience in establishing and leading individual and group therapy programs, familiar with individual, group, and family counseling, special emphasis in co-occurring disorders. Currently working on licensing hours (LCSW) & currently hold CA-ASW Registration as well as Certification as (RAS) Registered Addiction Specialist. My plan is to be licensed in Hawaii (National exam) and then work on California licensing which takes a little longer due to the two tests and time elements between tests (6mo). My only goal here is to learn and share the learning with others.
