| Introduction | Thanks for your interest in my blog. I won't tell you my age, but here is a hint: I'm a 1st generation Baby Boomer, who has no intention of growing old gracefully. I will go down fighting, kicking and screaming all the way! I am presently a misplaced Texan, living in a small beach town in Southern California. My intent in starting this blog, is to share my vast experiences with waging war on the aging process.
