| Introduction | My name is Chelsea Rushing. I am a 22 year old nanny and wife to my best friend. I love food and with two bakers for parents, I have always loved food. It wasn't till two years ago that I realized the food I was eating wasn't allowing my body to run to its fullest potential. After many doctors visits and zero answers I decided to turn to nutrition for answers. Thanks to many resources I was able to transform my diet to one that was healthier and most of all, cleaner.
