Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I believe that fish should be entitled to whatever they can earn. Plenty of humans spend frivolously on things they don't need, I believe fish should be allowed the same right to spend their earnings as they see fit. However, I have never known a fish that earns enough money to afford a bicycle.
