Introduction	Having just finished my second year at Duke Divinity School, I'm headed off to South Africa for the summer to serve as an intern at Pinetown Methodist Church and to work with students at the Seth Mokitimi Methodist Seminary. In both these settings, I hope to be able to share and be nurtured in my passion for being outside, for gardening, and for eating. (Hence this blog's name.) We'll see how much I get into this blogging thing, and maybe it will last beyond the summer.
