Introduction	I wear many hats (which is why my hair permanently resembles a bird's nest - and an untidy bird, at that) including writer; cook; mother; wife; would-be comedian; Reader; daydreamer and all-round Pain-in-the-Posterior, which if I'm totally honest, is probably my forte. I've won a few poetry and flash fiction prizes, had 3 books published - a children's picture book ("The Brightest Star" published 2004 by tlm trading) and 2 books of Christian meditations published this year - "Paws and Prayers" and "Weeds and Wonders" (co-written, tlm trading - The Leprosy Mission). I completed my first novel this year - a contemporary romance set on the Somerset Levels and currently under consideration with a publisher, and have started planning novel number two, which is set on the foothills of the Quantocks.
Interests	In no particular order - Writing, Reading, Walking in the countryside, Music of the 60's - 80's, God, Daydreaming, Charities, Cooking, People-watching, Brainstorming, My electric bike
Favorite Movies	Clockwise, Room With A View, Hot Fuzz (cos it's local), Mamma Mia, Carry Ons. Not a huuuuuge film fan really; I can't sit still long enough.
Favorite Music	Soul, Motown, Reggae. Hot Chocolate are all-time favourites.
Favorite Books	Dracula, The Great Gatsby, the novels of Katie Fforde and Agatha Christie.
