| Introduction | My identity as Grandma Susan began in 2008. Grandma is a bird - a blue guinea, as a matter of fact. I like the humble way that they go about their activities, joyfully, and alert - with a lot of focus on changes in their surroundings. I've enjoyed writing about my interests and trying to do everything (or almost everything) that I write about. My success rate is good. I've finished or done about 95% of the things I've posted. Other times, I've failed for lack of time or just cause the moment wasn't right. Currently living with my husband and one female terrier in the US/MX border area. The bi-cultural and bilingual life-style of the region suits me just fine. Have two grown sons, two daughter-in-laws and soon to be six grandchildren.All live far away and I get to see them about once a year. I take advantage of that trip to see my one sister and the rest of my family members. |
