| Einführung | By the grace of God, I was born, baptized and raised in the Catholic faith. After Confirmation, I stubbornly chose my own road and took an 11-year journey into darkness. The prayers of those who loved me and the support of a dear friend led me to pick up the Sacred Scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to guide me... and guide me He did! You can imagine my amazement when I found the Truth I'd sought all those years in a place I'd always known... the Catholic Church! In His great mercy, our Lord received me back into the fold when I made my first confession in so many years. At 28 years old, I finally understood the words of Saint Augustine when he said, "...you have made us for your own and our hearts are restless until they rest in you." |
