| Introduction | I grew up in mighty Eastbourne, went to school in Bristol and lived in Sydney for a year. After this I returned to the UK to study Sports Science at UWIC. I've lived in Cardiff for over 12 years. I work for Posturite, who go from strength to strength, and have played for Cardiff Cricket Club for 8 years, with the last 4 years as captain. |

| Favorite movies | Tough one. Blokey, British films are some of the best ever made, Lock Stock, Layer cake, Snatch are all belters. Can't beat the usual films like Seven, Shawshank Redemption, Gladiator, Lucky Number Sleven, Tsotsi. Crash is probably the best recent film i've seen. And stuff like Amercan Pie, Meet The Parents, Starsky and Hutch (All Ben Stiller or Owen Wilson Films)Wedding Crashers always make me laugh. |
| Favorite music | ColdPlay, Killers, Kaisers, Razorlight, Jack Johnson, SnowPatrol, Oasis - but British Music in general, etc Decent music from decent musicians. Don't like the pop-idol, X factor crap, or over commercial music. American House, funky Disco/Hed Kandi on a night out always goes down well, and then chill when the mood takes me, Zero 7, Massive Attack, Moon Safari. There's a time and a place for everything. |
| Favorite books | The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time is pure genius. The Alchemist, Peaceful Warrior, The Missing Piece meets the big 'O' is probably the best and simplest book I have ever read. Autobiographies, and business books fill the rest of the bookshelf, if you can call it that...? |
