Introduction James is the Director of Analytics for Stroll. He is responsible for leading or advising on all corporate analytical projects, forecasting and tracking key performance indicators, overseeing market testing, and advancing the company’s analytics infrastructure. In additional to his divisional responsibilities, James is also a member of the corporate strategic planning team. He has more than 25 years of experience in direct marketing, data mining, business analytics, and information technology. Prior to joining Stroll, James served as Vice President of Direct Marketing for The Franklin Mint, where he championed the innovative application of quantitative techniques and contributed to a period of sustained profitability through the optimization of many aspects of the Mint’s business. He has adapted the analytical concepts of the social sciences – honed during his academic pursuits at Howard University and his early career with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – to a broad array of industries. When not at work, James enjoys traveling and the pursuit of an active and healthy lifestyle with his wife and two daughters.
