| Introduction | I started this blog to have an anonymous forum to try and figure out my eating and food issues. Struggling since I was a kid with the power food has in my life. I am a 30 something mother of two girls living in a smallish town, I run my own business and help my husband with his. I love my kids, husband and some of my friends. I have a lot to be thankful for, and yet the binge is still here in my life. I am writing and changing people's names so that I can be completely unflinchingly honest about my life, no one knows I'm doing this, only my husband. I want a forum I can go nuts on and no one will judge. Please, if you wish, join in. But I quote expect this blog to be just another in the millions no one ever comments on. The endless dieting year of virtual anorexia, the day that the bag of chips in the kitchen talked to me endlessly begging me to eat it!! It all must stop. This is the year I accept my body, allow food to nourish my body, discover the other kinds of nourishment my body, soul and mind needs to not turn to the binge. XXB |
