Introduction	I am a mom and wife, but I am so much more. I'm a dreamer, I'm a meditator, I'm a writer. I believe in the best of people. I believe kindness is essential and I value community and connection with others. I believe that ultimately a simple life is a happy life, but it's also a total mind shift that is taking me some time -- but there has been progress. I believe in leaving this world better than you found it. I'm curious about plant based eating, the humane treatment of animals, and ethically sourced products. I love writing, personal growth, NASCAR, almond scented candles and This Is Us. I am proud to have called Kansas City home for over 22 years and want to do my part to make it even better. And my ultimate dream is to inspire women to follow their passions, believe in their abilities, and to believe they can have a big life, but also to remind them that life is also about love and the little things.
