I have investigated over 300 RR crossing crashes in 22 years. I have testified as an Expert Witness in a criminal trial involving the deaths of two 18 year-old females at a RR crossing. In 1996, I invented a new train detection system and RR crossing warning system. I have assisted law enforcement agencies across our country in the investigation of RR crossing crashes. |
