Introduction After 39 years of wildly wonderful love, my wife, Ginger, passed away on April 12, 2010, following a 40 month-long battle with colon cancer. But she has left me with six amazing children, and 5 grandchildren with more to come! I miss her incredibly! But I am glad that my memories are joy-filled! I own and operate a fire equipment business with offices in Albany and Newport, OR; but I prefer to work in my office in my Toledo, OR home. My interest in physics, cosmology, and evolution, coupled with scientific discoveries of the last century, have resulted in considerable adjustments in my thinking about God and Creation. Sometimes, such understandings rock my once-comfortable and tidy evangelical theology, and can be unsettling. But I have found that fresh insights from the front lines of science actually answer more of my life-long questions and solve more puzzles than they generate. Most people are bored about now, so I'll say no more. But if you're one of the rare ones who is not bored, and you share with me an interest in science and theology, I'd love to hear from you.
