| Introduction | After a prolonged meaningless life, I was finally able to calm self and be at peace. All of this was possible merely due to sheer will power and the spiritual and meditative discipline. Having wandered some of the finest countries and cities viz. Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Bhutan, India asides the very own historical and spiritual places of my home in Nepal, have resulted in close friends across these places. When I come across or hear about their distress state of mind, I reach out to them with the knowledge gained by me so that they all too can immensely benefit.
