| Introduction | After starting my career at KPMG (as an accountant)I spent 13 years in Derivatives at JP Morgan before starting my own technology start-up Blackbird to create an electronic exchange for derivatives. As CEO of Blackbird I raised $40mm in capital, had the law of the land clarified and developed the best trading software ever for very complex derivatives. Once the large banks made it clear they would not let me succeed, I fell off the map for a few years. I re-surfacing as a legal recruiter! Starting GRN Charlotte.
