About me

Occupation Ph.D. Student, Int'l Relations, School of International Service, American University
Location Washington, DC
Introduction Born the year chaos in Armenia began, to a chaotic family of Diasporan repatriates, I grew up in the post-independence-and-transition chaos in Yerevan. Went on to explore the world away from home well before my first "teen"-th birthday. Graduated from the Melkonian Educational Institute in Cyprus amid the chaos of the school's closure, to find safe haven at the American University in Bulgaria. Chaos - Balkan-style - ensued, as I majored in International Relations and Journalism, and fortunately landed at AU's School of Int'l Service for my Master's in Int'l Communication. Chaos didn't end there though, and now, as I go through my Ph.D., there is even more chaos to make sense of. Thanks for stopping by, and please feel free to contribute to Global Chaos.
