Introduction	Gringo, gabacho, güero, greñudo, cuñado, amigo, güey...just some of the names I've been called down in sunny South-of-the-border. I grew up for the most part near San Francisco. I didn't take photography seriously until my mid-twenties. As a boy, my parents sold our home in California and went to live in Mexico. It was a grand experience and set a tone for the rest of my life. I've lived and traveled frequently in Mexico and throughout the Southwest since then.
