| Introduction | I am a young, 20-something woman struggling with an eating disorder, even though I don't even know what to call it. I eat, so it's not anorexia and I don't induce vomiting, so it's not bulimia... but I do struggle with self-control and I feel guilty when I eat one cookie or potato crisp. PLUS, I have the added bonus of thinking about food and being thin 90% of the day. But because of God's great power and grace, I have been doing so well. I created this blog so that I can tell you about my daily experiences and how I'm coping... but more so, that you can share your story with me and by doing this, we can support each other. Sometimes, it's just such a relief to speak! So, let's do just that! :). |
