Introduction	This is my virtual ink-spot, where I will splash my ramblings, rants and reflections. I'm a "housewife" according to my residency visa here in the UAE but really, I'm a writer. Originally from North Delta, BC, I've lived and worked across Canada - including memorable stays in Iqaluit and Halifax, not to mention the Hammer. I'm now starting a new life in Dubai with my hubby.
Interests	But I'm interested in so much! Okay here's a short-list: reading, writing, reading, writing, snacking, traveling, new life experiences with my hubby, dancing badly, learning languages, hanging out with friends and making new ones, cooking when I don't have to, movies, any programming involving Tudor England, avoiding scary amusement park rides (all of them), finding a local park and getting to know all the nooks and crannies, losing at Scramble, observing people, talking about my feelings just a bit too much, making up names and stories for strangers I see, enjoying the ocean and forest when they're handy, practicing my Christopher Walken impression, getting to know my neighbours, trying not to over-indulge, overindulging on occasion, yoga, swimming, naps, eating cinnamon hearts until I have stomach cramps, learning about aviation against my will
