Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Actually I do wear a scarf, but only in the winter. I currently have 3 a red one, a tan one with black and red plaid, and my favorite one, a black and white soft fuzzy one that my awesome neighbor Jennifer made for me. I have never really thought about wearing one when it is not cold out, but after this question, I just may start to accessorizes my neck.
