| Introduction | Women Writers in Bloom Poetry Salon (WWBPS) is a forum offering women writers at all levels a venue to come together in a positive & supportive space to create, express and give voice to poetic and other inspired works. Poet, JP Howard currently nurtures the Salon and blog solo. The Salon successfully brings together, primarily, talented women writers from across the Tri-state area to share creative work and provides support to both emerging and established writers, poets & creative spirits. The Salon was co-founded by JP Howard & Sheila M. Slaughter (poet & visual artist) in 2011. Sheila moved on from the Salon in Spring 2012 to pursue a new venture, Bohemian Women Rising. |
