| Introduction | I have always had a love for inventive cooking, not cooking (the humbdrub thing that you do when you are making a dinner you need to eat probably passed downed from your mother or her mother or her mother, and so forth), but the shear enthusiasm needed to create and be inspired by ingredients so much that you have a passion, a craving to get those ingredients and make the best inventive dish you ever made. It's the feeling first of that iconic "light bulb" when your brain lights up with a great idea with a fusion of flavors, then the craving develops into more ideas to take the dish to the ultimate level of cuisine, to finally not being able to control the desire to make your creation. That is how I feel about the art of cooking. |
