| Introduction | I'm Beth, I have the privilege of being called Mom by my HERO! CW was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on October 17, 2004 only 5 weeks after his 2nd birthday. Our lives changed completely. Little did we know 3 years later after routine lab work at his Endocrinologist CW would be diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Our lives were turned UPSIDE DOWN! I had never even heard of Celiac Disease and now it was a very important part of my life. |
