| Introduction | Nirmalpreet lives in the Boston area with her loving husband and 8 year old son. She has worked as a clinical social worker and currently volunteers for several non-profit groups. She enjoys yoga, strength training, nature and animals, laughter and play with her family, and being with like-minded people - especially in liberal religious community. She is especially passionate about singing, and has had the privilege of singing at Carnegie Hall with the Boston Philharmonic. She currently sings in 3 choruses. She also enjoys dabbling in artistic projects of various kinds. She uses the arts, including writing, as a means to serenity, self-expression, healing, and growth. She wishes she had more time to read, and more ambition to cook wholesome food. She finds great meaning in honestly sharing her whole self with people, believing that if more people did the same, people would live with less shame and separation, and more love for themselves and one another as flawed yet perfect and whole children of this great Universe. |
